1.Customers acknowledge and agree to allow LOAD Laundromat LLC process credit card that the customer inputs into our app or website when customer order is finished cleaning. Customer adheres to our contactless policy in regards to pick up and delivery.NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED AT DELIVERY,LAUNDRY WILL BE LEFT At APT DOOR DUE TO COVID-19 PROTOCOL CONTACTLESS. No refunds
2.In order to get the best results in your laundry, add your requests in the note box of the order page or email at loadlaundromat@gmail.com to know if you like dry cleaning, separation, low dry,hang dry, etc. If there is no notification we are not responsible for any damages due to non-notification.
3.For WASH AND FOLD AND Dry Cleaning items LOAD LAUNDROMAT LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage done in the cleaning process indefinitly, such as broken button, discoloration, shrinking, burning, rips, etc. the client sends the laundry and dry cleaning in his or her own risk and customer insures his or her specialty item.
4. In such occasion if the laundry bag is lost with all items and customer has notified load laundromat by email at loadlaundromat@gmail.com 2 hrs after delivery ,load laundromat will refund by Weight, not exceed 3 times the price of the weight of W&F or maximum $200
5. We are not responsible for any items left in pockets and laundry bags that can damage clothing such as Pens, markers, gum, etc that can be exposed in the wash and drying process. Customers must check their pockets before ordering. We are not responsible for any set in stains.
6. If you need a special request do not tell the driver because he or she is not responsible. It is customer's responsibility to text us at 917-265-8226 or email us at loadlaundromat@gmail.com
Non-notification of special requests will be handled as a standard wash and fold.
7. Our pick up and Delivery service notifies customers via text when driver on the way to pick up or deliver. Once delivery person marks delivered said customer has received his/her package. If you received a message and did not receive your item you must email us at loadlaundromat@gmail.com and notify us within 2 hours. Failure to do so will automatically let us know you already received the Laundry and or dry cleaning and customer is responsible.
8. customer authorized Load laundromat LLC to leave laundry package in the mailroom, package room or doorman if customer has one. If customer cannot locate laundry package he/she must contact his management building as it is their responsibility and file insurance claim with their building’s insurance.
9. We are not responsible for any clothing damage through the process of cleaning the clothes, owner of the clothing gives clothing at own risk. Clothes are placed in a machine and we cannot determine or be responsible for the outcome of any item during the cleaning cycle.If something is delicate such as undergarments or delicate clothing customer must place in mesh bags to avoid damage. If these items are not placed in mesh bag Load Laundromat LLC is not responsible for damaged undergarments or delicate clothing. Customers must note in the notebox that have delicate clothing in mesh bag. We are also not responsible for any shrinkage or burned fabric, we strictly wash dry and fold. if item fabric needs special treatment must order dry cleaning to take care of it and must put in seperate bag from the wash and fold and note in the notebox of order
10.Prices are subject to change. Certain items maybe charged higher due to the type of fabric and type of wash it needs. Customers responsibility to inquire pricing prior to any pick up schedule by contacting us or visiting our website.
11. All laundry takes a 24 hour turnaround. If it’s done earlier and delivery staff has availability to drop off earlier we will otherwise all delivery times is 24 hr after service is done. dry cleaning takes 3-4 business days after order has been picked up.
We reserve the right to refuse any customers and we do not discriminate anyone based on race, gender, ethnicity.
12. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
13.If there is Inclement weather due to rain snow or etc, we will reschedule you as there is a risk to drive and delivery persons cannot deliver in inclement weather.

14. Delivery fee is $5
15. You Authorize Load Laundromat authorization to run a credit card on file when order is ready for delivery
16.There is an additional cost when customer utilizes doordash which is added to the delivery fee to expedite the order. Customer agrees to these terms when doordash is used.
17. You agree to these term and conditions if you make order through phone or app or website
18. The pick up or delivery time for any orders is an average time , we cannot control the traffic or weather.
