Can I just turn up or do I need to book an appointment?
Of course you can just turn up, we welcome walk-ins, just bring your items with you and a friendly member of staff will be happy to help.
Do you do a collection and delivery service?
We certainly do, we have 2 vans currently and work both locally throughout the Highlands, from Inverness, to Ullapool, Skye, Ft. Augustus, Scourie, Dornoch, Invergordon, Tain and many many other places in-between or further afield.
Do you have an App in which I can view prices and book a pickup etc?
We utilize an app called CleanCloud, this is available on both Android and IOS, and is simple, quick and easy to use. You are able to book collections, and also message us direct through this app and get a swift response to any queries you may have.
Where are you based?
We are based of course in Beauly, if you are coming from the Inverness side, head past the co-op on your left as you enter Beauly and turn left in between the Filling Station and the Co-Op, drive about 50 yards down the road and we are situated on the left in the white unit attached to the back of the Co-Op.
If you are heading from the Muir of Ord side, then head through Beauly, past the Filling Station on your right, turn immediately right after this and before the co-op, travel 50 yards down the road and we are on the left.
