Do I need to make an appointment for alterations?

No, we currently only do walk-ins for our alteration consultations. If you would like to schedule a certain time or day, we can only guarantee that the seamstress will be there at the allocated time.

Do you charge for the pickup and delivery service?

There is no charge or fee for our pickup and delivery service!

Do you have a rush option available?

Yes we do! At our Robbinsville location, we offer same day service for items brought in by 10am and next day service. There may be a rush charge added to your balance.

Do you offer discounts?

Currently, we only offer a 10% discount for orders above $100.

I have a difficult alterations job, can you do it?

Our seamstress is an expert in difficult repairs and requests, very rarely will she back down from a challenge. Please bring the item and any additional factors(like heels for a hem) to the store.
