I've been using their pick up/delivery wash and fold service for a couple of months and it's made my life so much easier! Setting up the pick up is a breeze and they are extremely responsive and accommodating (I have long work hours in office and they are so flexible with when to pick up and drop off). They know my washing preferences and I think it's absolutely worth the price. I have a laundromat near me that also offers this service but is no where near as reliable and and affordable...

I can't even begin to say how much I appreciate gentle wash! In early September I had to have surgery to have an organ removed. It was and has been extremely painful both before and after the surgery. I explained to gentle wash that I live on the 4th floor and I would need somebody to bring my heavy bag of laundry up to me (tipping the delivery person, naturally!) And their service has really been life-changing...
