Online Ordering

Not a traditional delivery van, and we offer more than traditional Free Pick-up and Delivery Route.
Our online ordering is limited by the capability of current dry cleaning App, but we do offer on-demand delivery same as your restaurant orders (DoorDash, Skip The Dishes, Uber Eat etc) or grocery orders (Instacart etc). Please call us to arrange for now.
We use CleanCloud App for the connivence of our customers and your online order experience and the to be launched 24/7 laundry lockers.
We do expecting you to put a credit card on-file thru the App, and your info is safe with the security technology and payment gateway provider. Otherwise, please find your order balance from the App and e-transfer the balance to ace@acewetclean.com.

1. How to Order Free Pick-Up & Delivery Services?

Find 'Ace WetClean' in CleanCloud App! Choose Pick-up & Delivery Order! Select a date & confirm your order

2. Pick-up & delivery schedule?

We are currently offer 6 days a week to your door. Monday to Friday from 5 pm to 8 pm & Monday/Friday/Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm.

3. What's your service area?

About 20km max. driving distance or within 20 mins driving time to the store

4. What is on-demand delivery?

On-demand delivery is like ordering a meal from restaurant thru DoorDash, Skip your dishes etc or like ordering grocery from Costco, Sobeys etc. If your order is ready, but you can't wait for the Free route delivery, it is the time to consider ordering on-demand delivery. We can deliver up to within a hour, either by our own fleet or thru contractors.

5. How much is on-demand delivery?

The basic charge is $5.99 for within 10 km, $8.99 up to 15 km, and $11.99 up to 20 km. Service charge is ranging from 5% to 25% of order total, depended on your order and urgent of services. Gratuity is optional, but 5% is recommended.
