While we take every precaution to ensure quality, please be aware of the following policies: Garment Care: We diligently sort and process your clothes, but we cannot assume responsibility for any unintentional damage, shrinkage, or color changes that may occur during cleaning. Special Care Items: If you have clothing items requiring special care, kindly inform us before washing. We will take extra precautions to ensure their safety. Replacement of Lost or Damaged Items: The Urban Wash is not liable for replacing lost or damaged items. Our maximum liability is limited to the cleaning cost of the item, regardless of brand or condition, provided as store credit. Lost Items: Although we perform thorough checks, we cannot be held responsible for lost items. If you believe an item is missing, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your cleaned clothes. Processing Time: Orders exceeding 30 pounds may require additional processing time for optimal results. By utilizing our services, you agree to adhere to these policies.
