Disclaimer & Conditions:
We exercise the utmost care in processing garments entrusted to us. We follow the manufacturer recommended cleaning process; in absence of the tag with cleaning instructions, we use, which, in our opinion is the best cleaning process for the individual garment and take precautions problems of our knowledge. Nevertheless we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to the cleaning process. This applies to, among others, leathers, suedes, silks, satins, vinyl, polyurethanes, etc.; as well as trimmings, buckles, buttons, zippers, etc., and other decorations such as sequins, tassels, embroidery, etc. In addition, we cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, shrinking, damage to weak or tender fabrics.
We reserve the right to return garments without being cleaned if they are already damaged or we think it will get damaged or damage other garments. At our discretion, we try to accommodate for garments with special instructions when possible; however, we do not assume any responsibility on garments that require “hand wash only”, “hang dry”, “dry flat”, “do not use heat”, or any other special instructions. Dry Clean garments must be bagged and labeled in a separate bag from the Wash & Fold.
Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hrs. after delivery. In the event we have lost or damaged any garment, provide a credit/refund equal to the estimated value minus wear and tear shown at time of service that will not exceed $50.00 per garment and not to exceed $200.00 in total of various garments.
We will pick up and deliver per your instructions. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen garments left unattended for Pick up or Delivery. There will be a fee for missing pick up or delivery.
Laundry Vegas reserves the right to change, discontinue or refuse any of the services above described at any time and to anyone.
