CleanCloud Updates

You can now view the total value of new orders in Metrics > Staff Performance > Sales

We are pleased to introduce CleanCloud University. CleanCloud University is a tool that will help you and your staff get trained up on all aspects of CleanCloud.

Broken down into various modules, you can watch a series of videos and track your progress.

To access this you will need to go to cleancloudapp.com/university

The help button has been moved. You can now access this by clicking on the 'i' button in the top right hand corner, from the dropdown you can then select 'Help'

This will prompt a widget allowing you to search for articles alongside being able to contact support.

You can now send to Xero via the new invoicing tool.

Once you have completed the Xero integration on the invoicing tool hub, there will be a column to send to Xero.

You can now check for new CleanCloud updates directly from the POS.

To do this click on the 'i' in the top right hand corner and select 'Updates'

We have revamped how the Web Booking Tool looks with a new desktop mode.

To update this, you can use the relevant code in Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > Embed Your Store.

You can now view the Rack Location of a Pickup/Delivery on the Delivery Printout page

If you have the 'Prompt Rack Location' setting enabled, when marking a Washer/Dryer order as complete, the POS will now ask you to enter a rack location.

This can be switched on and off via Admin > Washers and Dryers > Turn off/on Ask for Washer/Dryer Temperature toggle

You can customize the length of the notifications for when a Washer or Dryer is complete.

To enable this go to Settings > Admin > Washers and Dryers > Show Notifications For
