🚚 Slot Types for Pickup, Delivery, or Both

Time slots just got a whole lot smarter. You can now set whether a time slot is for Pickup, Delivery, or Both when creating slots within your routes. A handy dropdown lets you tailor availability—so you can offer a Pickup-only slot without needing to match it with Delivery (and vice versa).

🔌 New API Endpoints: Get Invoices, Orders, and Payments

We’re expanding your integration capabilities with three new API endpoints:

  • api/getInvoices: Retrieve a list of invoices.
  • api/getOrders: Get a list of orders, with powerful filtering options like orderID, customerID, routeID, status, and more.
  • api/getPayments: Fetch all payment data, filtered by customerID and date range.

These new endpoints give you more control and flexibility when accessing your CleanCloud data.

🛑 Pay Now, Complete Later

Sometimes payment comes early, but the collection doesn’t. Now, when paying from the Ready page, you’ll see a toggle that lets you hold off on marking the order as completed. More flexibility for how and when you close things out.

Digital Receipts in WhatsApp Notifications – Now Live! 📲✨

Great news - your digital receipts just got an upgrade!

Previously available only via email and SMS, our latest update lets you deliver digital receipts directly through WhatsApp. Now, your customers receive order updates and digital receipts in one instant message.

To set it up, navigate to your WhatsApp settings and enable the Send Link to Digital Receipt option. Once enabled, a digital receipt link will be sent automatically when an order is marked as cleaned and ready, or you can send it manually using the new Send Receipt feature.

Note: WhatsApp must be enabled in your store.
