When a customer creates a Pickup & Delivery order, stores will now receive a separate order alert email instead of being BCC’d on the customer’s confirmation.
This new email is sent directly to the store’s email address, even if the customer email isn’t sent, and includes key order details such as order ID, customer info, and items.
Customers will continue to receive their branded confirmation email as before.
You can now choose kilometers or miles when setting your delivery radius in the Add Circle Geofence tool, and fully customize the radius distance from your store address.
Perfect for stores that use km and want more control over how far pickup and delivery zones extend.
Repeat pickups just got smarter. Until now, you could either auto-create orders 24 hours before pickup or wait for customers to reply “Yes” to confirm (opt-in).
Now there’s a third option, Allowing Customers to Opt-Out . Orders will still auto-create 24 hours in advance, but customers receive an SMS giving them the chance to skip by replying “SKIP.”
This new flow keeps pickups consistent while giving customers the flexibility to skip when they need to.
We’ve enhanced the Services Flow for Pickup & Delivery with a new option: Select Products. This lets you set up services where customers must choose from a predefined product list.
It’s especially useful for bedding, where a customer choose wash & fold but sneak in a comforter. They now have more options meaning customers can still choose 3 bags of Wash Dry Fold but add 2 King-Size Comforters.
