💵 Open the register faster. Users with the right permissions can now open the cash register directly from the Cash Register page.

🧺 The Detailing Edit button is back. Perfect for dry cleaners who like to make those last little changes before getting an item into production.

Rescheduling Pickup & Delivery orders can get confusing. Especially when you’re trying to work out whether an order has actually been rescheduled yet.

Not anymore.

The new CleanCloud now clearly shows Reschedule Requested and Reschedule Completed, so your team always knows where things stand.

We’ve also made things smarter behind the scenes.

Managing your stores and machines just got a little more flexible.

Multi-store users can now switch between stores faster, using our Switch Store button. While Settings now includes an option to turn Auto Recommend Machines on or off, giving you more control over how machines are recommended to your team.

We’ve added new tools to give you more control over your Pickup & Delivery operation.

New Driver App settings let you control how many stops ahead customers are notified about their upcoming driver, as well as whether a photo is required during the workflow.

We’ve also added Driver Statistics to Metrics → Production, giving you more visibility into the work being completed by your drivers.

CleanCloud Beta 

We’ve made a number of improvements to make managing Pickup & Delivery easier.

You can now change just the delivery date on an order, while the P&D stats now show rescheduled orders and give you a quick Bags In vs Bags Out breakdown.

The Delivery icon also now shows how many new pickups have arrived since you last opened the page, with a quick summary available when you hover over it.

And there’s more to come as we continue improving the rescheduling experience.

We’ve made some of the everyday order workflows quicker in the new CleanCloud.

Quick Detail now lets you detail one or multiple items without opening the full workflow, bringing back the convenience of the old fixed bar with more flexibility.

We’ve also made saved cards easier to manage. You can now see whether a customer has a saved card directly from the New Order page, add or manage cards from there, or add a saved card directly from the Payment page before charging.

Managing staff hours is now more flexible.

Staff can request an adjustment to an existing shift or ask to create a new one. Managers can then review the request and approve or reject it.

You can also delete User Hours rows and edit a shift back to 0 minutes when needed.

We’ve made weighing laundry faster and easier.

You can now add multiple bags to the scale and split the weight between them, with every bag visible immediately. The weight field also automatically focuses when opened, making keyboard entry much quicker.

We’ve also improved reweighing and fixed a weight rounding issue.

Adding products just got quicker.

You can now type quantities directly when adding a product, and product search now includes child products too. We’ve also made product buttons smaller by default, with an option to adjust their size in Admin Settings.

Printing is now a little simpler in the new CleanCloud.

You can now print directly while editing or detailing an order, with print jobs queued when you submit your changes. You can also send Digital Receipts and reprint Bags-In Tags directly from the Print menu.
