Store Photos and Services: Your CleanCloud Directory Preview 📸🛠️

Prepare for CleanCloud's upcoming directory with features already available to help optimize your store's presence:

  • Store Photos: Upload images via Settings → Admin → Store Info → Store Photos. Highlight your store with photos. Drag & drop to reorder; photos will be auto-cropped to 16:9 for a professional appearance.
  • Services Offered: Showcase your store’s amenities under Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Services Offered. Select services such as Wash & Fold, Dry Cleaning, Free Parking, and more to give customers a clear overview of what you offer.

We’re excited to announce a highly requested feature: Customer Creation is now available in the CleanCloud Driver App!

In addition to searching for pre-existing customers, drivers can now add new ones on the spot for those impromptu orders. It’s easy—just tap the person icon at the top of the Driver App and toggle between Edit Customer and Add Customer.

Multi-Store Marketing Tool Enhanced! 🍾

We’ve made significant improvements to the Multi-store users experience using our Marketing tool.

Now, when selecting an order rule, it will prompt you to choose which of your stores you want to include in the order search.

Additionally, there’s a customer rule called “Source store” that refers to the store where the customer registered. However, we may not always have data for this, especially if customers imported their data. Therefore, we’ve provided an option for “Unknown store” in case of such situations.
