We’ve made some of the everyday order workflows quicker in the new CleanCloud.

Quick Detail now lets you detail one or multiple items without opening the full workflow, bringing back the convenience of the old fixed bar with more flexibility.

We’ve also made saved cards easier to manage. You can now see whether a customer has a saved card directly from the New Order page, add or manage cards from there, or add a saved card directly from the Payment page before charging.

Managing staff hours is now more flexible.

Staff can request an adjustment to an existing shift or ask to create a new one. Managers can then review the request and approve or reject it.

You can also delete User Hours rows and edit a shift back to 0 minutes when needed.

We’ve made weighing laundry faster and easier.

You can now add multiple bags to the scale and split the weight between them, with every bag visible immediately. The weight field also automatically focuses when opened, making keyboard entry much quicker.

We’ve also improved reweighing and fixed a weight rounding issue.

Adding products just got quicker.

You can now type quantities directly when adding a product, and product search now includes child products too. We’ve also made product buttons smaller by default, with an option to adjust their size in Admin Settings.

Printing is now a little simpler in the new CleanCloud.

You can now print directly while editing or detailing an order, with print jobs queued when you submit your changes. You can also send Digital Receipts and reprint Bags-In Tags directly from the Print menu.

Good conversations just got even better.

Grace is now more reliable when creating orders, smarter at understanding delivery areas, and better at keeping customers updated with accurate order statuses using your store’s local time.

New: Grace can now send helpful text messages during a call. Whether it’s your store address or a secure saved card link for CleanCloud Pay, the information arrives exactly where it should, with the customer’s permission.

We’ve also polished the little things that make a big difference such as her introduction being more friendly, more natural UK and Australian accents, improved pricing accuracy, better after-hours responses, and plenty of behind-the-scenes refinements inspired by real customer calls.

You can now set latitude and longitude for each locker location, giving drivers more accurate directions in the Driver App. Instead of relying only on the street address, navigation can take drivers directly to the locker’s exact location.

This is especially helpful for lockers in parking lots, shopping malls, and other locations where the address alone may not be precise.

CleanCloud Pay terminals now support donations to the Blue Marine Foundation, a global charity working to protect and restore the world's oceans. Customers can choose to donate directly after completing their payment, with 100% of funds going straight to the charity via Adyen Giving.

This joins our existing LaundryCares Foundation donation option, giving your customers two ways to give back at checkout.

A recent Chrome update will prompt you to allow CleanCloud to "access other apps and services on this device." Click Allow to keep printing working. This is a one-time permission required for QZ Tray to send print commands to your printer.
