A new Skip Conveyor option has been added to the Add/Edit Products feature.
This allows you to allocate slot space for a product while preventing it from being sent to the conveyor. This is particularly useful in scenarios such as split orders by slot space when certain products should not be sent to the Conveyor.

We’ve updated the QuickDrop order detailing process to enhance accuracy.
Now when detailing a QuickDrop order, you’ll see the total number of pieces entered for QuickDrop displayed in the bottom right corner. Additionally, a warning message will appear if the detailed order’s piece count doesn’t match the original QuickDrop count.

We've rolled out a few updates that bring big improvements for our plant customers and anyone using heat seals.
Now, when completing an order from the plant, push notifications are supported, and records of those notifications are stored for better tracking.
We've also enhanced the heat seal history popup to show how many times a seal has been used, along with the dates it was cleaned and completed.

We've made a slight change to how you enter the locker and code on the cleaning page. This is now done in the rack popup instead of the table row. This change improves consistency with the process on the ready page and simplifies things for those marking orders as cleaned from the machines page, as fewer steps are required.

We’ve made improvements to the Pricing Page on your website. Now, when customers view the pricing for weight-based products, they can easily see how the price is calculated. These products are indicated with a /. For example:

Now, you can effortlessly share updates, promotions, or tips directly on your hosted website. Simply log in to your website editor, and click the dedicated Blogging button in the left-hand panel to get started.
Additionally, our new Cookie Policy (Cookie Modal) feature allows you to customize the consent process for your users. You can personalize the consent text, More Information button text, and Accept button text to align with your brand’s messaging.
This is another step toward providing an all-in-one solution for laundromats and dry cleaners, enhancing both functionality and customer experience.

Plant 2 now boasts a brand-new dedicated print page!
This handy page lets you print receipts, barcode tags, or sticky labels effortlessly by scanning an order or garment barcode. Just make sure you have a printer set up at your plant station, and select what you'd like to print and scan the garment barcode. Plus, we’ve added support for sticky labels with Zebra or TSC label printers, so you can easily print summary labels to stick on packed bags of clothes.

Setting it up is a breeze—given you've setup custom links for notifications, you just need to swap your store ID into this link: https://cleancloudapp.com/download/STORE_ID. When customers click the link on iOS or Android, they’ll be automatically redirected to the right app store for download.
