CleanCloud Updates

We have added the following features to the Driver App.

• Ability to see if another driver has taken an order
• Ability to add Locker number and code in the app

You can now switch on the option to use the max available credit for a customer when editing an unpaid order.

This setting can be switched on via Settings > Admin > New Order Page > Auto Apply Maximum Customer Credit When Editing Order

We now integrate with Serial Cable/Port Weight Scales like the Mettler Toledo BC60 in CleanCloud.

This can be set up in Settings > Printers > Weight Scales

You can now import your Washing Machines and Dryers into CleanCloud via CSV. This will help you get setup for Wash/Dry/Fold as quickly as possible.

The template can be downloaded via https://cleancloudapp.com/import and then re-uploaded via the same page.

In the driver app, there is now a 'Clock in' and 'Clock out' feature.

When the driver logs in, using the menu button in the left hand corner, from the list they can click on the 'Clock in/Out' feature.

You can now scan barcodes using the camera on your device when logged into CleanCloud. For example you can use the camera on your smartphone to scan barcodes directly from CleanCloud.

This is particularly useful when barcode scanning for Assigning Orders to Racks, Assisted Assembly and Assigned Laundry Bags to Washers, Dryers and Folding. It can also be used to scan the customer's QR code from the iOS and Android customer app.

We have made the following updates to the preferences page

• Ability to edit preference section headers
• Ability to make preference sections on and off

You can now rename the Item Notes headings

To do this go to Settings > Products. > Item Notes > Adjust the relevant heading > Update

The following adjustments have been made within the driver app

• Ability to edit driver instructions on a customer profile
• Lock order ID list after custom re order or Route Optimization
• Fast swap the routes you are on by clicking on Route numbers at the top of the page
• View Pickups and Deliveries for the next 5 days
• Quick swap between stores using the hamburger menu button

If a customer is on a subscription plan, you can now see this in the POS.

This will appear on the New Order Page, when a customer has been selected.
