CleanCloud Updates

We have optimised the way in which the Metrics and Admin pages appears on smartphones.

We now have support for MetalProgetti's commit message. This will wait for the MetalProgetti Conveyor to confirm that it has received the garment information from CleanCloud, before updating the garment information as sent to conveyor.

To have this feature turned on for a particular store, you will need to contact CleanCloud support.

If you are using CleanCloud on your mobile device, customers phone numbers are now clickable.

To access this you will need to search for the customer, go the customer summary page and click the phone number.

Item Notes will always be alphabetically sorted, you can now re order these as you would do with products.

You will need to assign a number to the Item note under 'Item Note Order'

This will need to be given to every item note.

We have now updated Mandarin within CleanCloud. This will now appear on the POS, App and Emails.

CleanCloud University is now also available in Spanish.

This can be accessed via Cleancloudapp.com/university

*Please note that your language will need to be set to Spanish in the POS*

You can now assign orders via barcode to Washers/Dryers and the folding section.

This will allow you to scan an order and then assign it to a Washer/Dryer/Folding section by scanning the barcode associated to it.

To enable this go to Settings > Admin > Washers and Dryers and use the following settings

• Barcode of Folding Location
• Use Barcode Scanner to Assign Orders

You can now select Thai as a language in the POS and the App.

CleanCloud has now been optimized for users that login via their smartphones.

You can now link multiple stores in the Web Booking Tool. This will allow your customers to select which store they would like to create an order from on your website.

To do this you will need to set the formatting as such for the code that you copy from the Embed your store section. [{name: 'store 1', id: 55,},{name: 'store 2', id: 27}]
