Promo Carousel update

The Promo Carousel has had a new feature added whereby it can redirect customers to the Subscriptions page within the app.

To create this go to Settings > Admin > Discounts > Promo Carousel > Add Carousel > Button Action > Redirect to the subscription Page

Assisted Assembly Printing (In Store)

If you are using Assisted Assembly in store, you can now automatically print the receipt if all garments are scanned.

This can be switched on in Settings > Admin > Assembly > Automatically Print Receipt if All Garments Scanned

Minimum price for a product

You can now set a minimum price for a product, this is especially handy for weighted products.

You can set the minimum price when adding or editing a product in Settings > Products

Additional delivery information field

Customers can now leave extra instructions for the driver when submitting their order via the Customer App.

E.g. Leave with doorman / floor 5

Visible Pieces count on New Order Page

You can now view how many pieces are in an order when creating via the New Order Page.

To switch this feature on go to Settings > Admin > New Order Page > Show Always Visible Pieces Counter

Customer App Update

The Customer App has now been updated to allow customers to choose lockers when selecting their Pickup and Delivery order type.

This can be managed in Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > Lockers

You will be able to add your lockers and also add a delivery fee/minimum amount.

Unpaid icon in Driver app

In the driver app you will now be able to see when delivering an order to the customer whether the order is paid for or not.

Auto Charged failed Email/Push Notification

If you have the Auto Charge setting switched on for when marking orders as cleaned on the Cleaning page. The customer is now sent a notification via Push or Email informing them that their card needs to be updated.

To switch this on go to Settings > Admin > Notification > Toggle on 'When Auto Charge Saved Card Fails'
