Call Centre Support

CleanCloud now offers a special page for your call centre staff enabling them to search orders across multiple stores. This will also allow them to check the status of that particular order.

New Invoice Tool

CleanCloud has redesigned the way in which the invoicing tools looks and works.

You can now create invoices based on particular parameters, alongside the ability to add edit various items such as discounts, creation date and due to date.

Ready by date/Pickup and Delivery redesign

CleanCloud has changed the way in which the Pickup and Delivery and Ready by date feature works on the New Order Page.

You can now use the drop down to select the order type e.g. In store, Pickup, Delivery or Pickup and Delivery.

You can also use the one click calendar in order to select the relevant dates for the order.

Auto Remove Order

Orders will automatically be removed from the Machines page, when it has been marked as cleaned.

You will not need to adjust any settings in order to switch this feature on.

Mandatory Fields

You can now set the following as mandatory fields when adding a new customer.

This includes

  • Telephone
  • Email Address
  • Address
  • Marketing Opt-in


This can be set in Settings > Admin > New Order Page > Mandatory Customer Fields.

Machines Page

You can now view the temperature set for an order under any Dryer and Washer.

To view this, you will need to go to the Machines page, on this page you will be able to view the temperature set under the column 'Temp'

Set Dryer Temperature

You can now set the Dryer temperature in CleanCloud.

When using the 'Send to Machine' feature, you will be able to set the relevant temperature.

Split Tickets Toggle

You can now switch off the split ticket feature for individual tickets in CleanCloud.

To do this when processing an order on the New Order Page, click the toggle to switch Split Tickets on or off.

Customer App Update

The customer app has now been updated. Customer will now be able to do the following.

  • View promotions, discounts and offers from the home screen
  • Cancel order before pickup (if the store allows for it)
  • View credit and loyalty points (Alongside being able to convert unused points to credit)
  • Customer's unique QR code which can be scanned by supported stores as well as 24/7 Kiosk terminals

Minimum hours between Pickup and Delivery

You can now specify a minimum amount of hours between your Pickup and Delivery slots within CleanCloud.

To set this, you will need to go to Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > Minimum Hours Between Pickup and Delivery
