Split Tickets Toggle
You can now switch off the split ticket feature for individual tickets in CleanCloud.
To do this when processing an order on the New Order Page, click the toggle to switch Split Tickets on or off.

You can now switch off the split ticket feature for individual tickets in CleanCloud.
To do this when processing an order on the New Order Page, click the toggle to switch Split Tickets on or off.
The customer app has now been updated. Customer will now be able to do the following.
You can now specify a minimum amount of hours between your Pickup and Delivery slots within CleanCloud.
To set this, you will need to go to Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > Minimum Hours Between Pickup and Delivery
Customers can now cancel a pickup through the customer app. This can be cancelled X amount of hours before the pickup, depending on what you have set in the Pickup and Delivery settings.
Customers that have downloaded the customer app can view their loyalty points. They can also convert their loyalty points to credit.
Barcodes will now print out on the driver app receipt. This will be compatible with Star portable printers.
This barcode can also be scanned to find orders in CleanCloud.
You can now pre-fill Washer/Dryer notes.
To toggle this on/off you will need to go to Settings > Washers and Dryers > Pre-Fill Notes from Order Notes
You will be unable to submit an order with saved cards when the order value is equal to 0.
This applies to Evo, Clearent and Stripe saved cards within CleanCloud.
Staff Hours export
You can now export your staff hours in Settings > Metrics > Data Export
Staff Filter
You can now filter by the staff member on the staff hours section in Metrics.
In Plant Mode using the ID/Text Search will also search the Misc page if it has been made active.
