Promo Codes Can Assign Customers To a Business Account

When creating a promo code you can now auto-assign customers to a certain business account. In the screenshot below you will see that you can select from the 'Assign Customer To Business' dropdown any business account you have previously created. Once the customer then enters the promo code, they will be auto-assigned to the relevant business account.

Quick Copy Item Details to Similar Items

When detailing your orders you can now quickly copy any details to all your items in an order. Once you have added details to one of the items you can click on the copy paper icon on the right and the details will be copied to all items in that order.

Ability to ignore order minimum amount when creating a Subscription.

When creating a subscription you can now ignore the minimum order amount for pickup and delivery orders, allowing you to still have a minimum order cost for customers not on a subscription while being able to ignore this cost for your subscription-based customers.

Ability to add add-ons/upcharges to Services Flow in Pickup & Delivery

In Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > General Settings, if you are using our ‘Customers Only Selects Services’ option, you can tie upcharges to the relevant services you offer. When adding or editing a service, choose a product from the list and then choose the relevant upcharge to tie to it. Your customers can then choose if they want the add-on/upcharge on the service they selected when they place an order with you.

When on Invoices or Ready page, you can enter a Check number

When marking the order as paid by check on the Invoices page or when on the Ready page, you will have the ability to enter the Check Number. This number is used to keep a record of the reference of the payment by check. Geofence by Zip code

When creating the routes for your Pickup and Delivery Service, instead of creating a geofence, you can now simply enter the zip codes of the area you wish to serve for your route.

CleanCloud Inbox, the ability to delete messages and then view the list of deleted messages.

You can now delete and view deleted messages in the POS by heading to the message box icon next to the i symbol in the top right corner of your screen. 


You will find a trash can icon next to the message allowing you to delete and another box that says view deleted taking you to any messages that have been deleted.

Cash Ups - Now saves which notes/coins were used in Cash up

After performing a cash-up for your store you can now come back and see all the coins/notes that were in the previous cash-up.


Go to the ‘Declared Cash’ number highlighted in blue to be taken to see the Declared Cash Denominations.

Wet Weight Button - Force reweigh before marking the order as cleaned

When weighing laundry products there is now a “Wet Weight” button.


If any of the bags being weighed was originally assigned as wet, then staff will be asked to reweigh before marking the order as cleaned.

Call the Secondary Number In the Driver App

You will now have the option to call your customer's second phone number just in case they happen to not answer the primary number on file. You will see two phone options at the top of the driver app when looking at a customer's order.

Capture a Secondary Phone Number

You can now capture a secondary phone number for your customers to include a mobile number or business number for customers. You can add the secondary number when adding a new customer or editing an existing customer.

New Pickup Order Highlighted in Blue in POS Nav Bar

When a new pickup order is placed it will be highlighted in blue on your navigation bar with a blue circle until you visit the pickups page. This is to ensure that you do not miss any new pickup orders that come in.

Re-weigh an order when completed from Ready page

You can add a re-weigh option on the Ready page when a customer comes to collect an order prompting your staff to re-weigh the laundry bags one more time to ensure the whole order is there.


You will be able to see the original weight and compare it to the current weight of the order.


To set this up go to Admin > Workflow > Ready Page > Prompt For Re-Weigh When Giving Order to Customer.

Re-weigh an order after cleaned

You will be able to re-weigh your orders after marking them as cleaned.


Set this up by going to Settings > Admin > Workflow > Cleaning Page > Prompt For Re-Weigh When Order Cleaned. Particularly useful to ensure you have the entire order after the cleaning process.

Add Store Closed Dates to Ready-by-Date Calculation

If there happens to be a date when your store will be closed, for example a holiday, then you can add this closed date and this will be calculated into your ready-by date and it will skip the closed date selected. 


This can be added from Settings > Admin > Workflow > General Settings

Ready by Date in Admin is more Dynamic and flexible

You will now have a bit more flexibility over your ready-by-date in the admin section when you go to Settings > Admin > Workflow > General Settings 


You can choose to exclude the specific days of the week you want to be skipped, for instance Sunday & Monday.

Owners Risk Release Form on Receipts

If you would like to include a release Form at the bottom of your receipts you can do so by heading to Settings > Hardware > Receipt Printer > Add Release Form


You can then attach the release form to any of your orders by selecting the upwards facing arrow at the bottom of the NEW ORDER page, then select the release form you created from the dropdown which appears when you select 'No Release Form'.
