🎁 Referral Credit Now Triggers After Order is Cleaned

We’ve updated how referral credit works — and it’s based on your feedback.

When a new customer signs up online using a referral code (via the app or web booking tool), the referrer only receives credit once that first order has been cleaned.

However, If staff apply the referral code in the POS, the reward still gets given instantly.

More secure. More fair. Still rewarding.

You can now charge a Nothing to Pickup fee when a driver reports an empty stop.

This can be setup on all stores, but if you’re using CleanCloud Pay or Clearent, we’ll even auto-charge the customer’s card when it happens, and move the order to completed if payment goes through.

It now checks for route closures on both pickup and delivery dates, and adjusts them automatically if needed.

❗Machine Acting Up? Flag It Fast

Something not spinning right? You can now report machine issues straight from the Machines Page using the new ! button in the corner.

Once logged, the admin gets an email, no follow-up needed.

🟡 If the machine’s still usable, it’ll show a yellow warning

🔴 Mark it unusable, and it gets a red alert

Admins can track open issues from the Washers and Dryers page. It’s fast, visible, and keeps your team in the loop.

Spot it, flag it, done.
