🆔 Lot & Piece Numbers Now on Tags

Garment tags just got a little smarter. If you’re using Lots, you’ll now see the piece number displayed alongside the lot number; formatted like [4–45] for piece 45 in Lot 4.

This makes it easier to track exactly where each item sits within a lot, especially in large batches.

🎁 Referral Credit Now Triggers After Order is Cleaned

We’ve updated how referral credit works — and it’s based on your feedback.

When a new customer signs up online using a referral code (via the app or web booking tool), the referrer only receives credit once that first order has been cleaned.

However, If staff apply the referral code in the POS, the reward still gets given instantly.

More secure. More fair. Still rewarding.
