We’ve added a new marketing rule to our marketing page. It introduces a Signed Up Date rule, enabling you to send marketing emails to customers who have registered between two specified dates.
With our automated marketing tool, every customer who has signed up between the dates X and Y will receive an automated email notification when your creation is ready!

We’ve introduced a new API endpoint called getOrderSummary.
A customer suggested an efficient method to obtain the total order count for a specific store and customer. We believe this feature could be beneficial for everyone, so we’ve made it available to all users. The API documentation will be released soon 🔜

We’ve made significant improvements to the Multi-store users experience using our Marketing tool.
Now, when selecting an order rule, it will prompt you to choose which of your stores you want to include in the order search.
Additionally, there’s a customer rule called “Source store” that refers to the store where the customer registered. However, we may not always have data for this, especially if customers imported their data. Therefore, we’ve provided an option for “Unknown store” in case of such situations.

We’ve added two new options for the Highlight feature in the POS: customer groups and business accounts. These options now display a color badge when enabled, making them easily identifiable on the New Order page.

You can now choose to hide prices on receipts for individual business accounts.
Go to Settings → Admin → Payments & Finances → Business Accounts, select the account, and toggle Hide Prices on Receipt . Customize receipts easily for specific clients!

Gift card email notifications now provide clear instructions for using credits and include a reset password link. This allows recipients to easily claim their account and redeem the gift card, even if they don’t have an existing online profile.
These updates improve the overall customer experience for managing and redeeming gift cards.

You can now edit subscriptions in CleanCloud. Simply navigate to the Subscriptions page within Admin Settings and click the pencil icon. You can modify all details except for the Billing Cycle.

A new Skip Conveyor option has been added to the Add/Edit Products feature.
This allows you to allocate slot space for a product while preventing it from being sent to the conveyor. This is particularly useful in scenarios such as split orders by slot space when certain products should not be sent to the Conveyor.

When scanning a garment barcode in Plant 2 from any stage, the popup information will now also display the section name of the product (e.g., dry cleaning) for better clarity and tracking.

We’ve updated the QuickDrop order detailing process to enhance accuracy.
Now when detailing a QuickDrop order, you’ll see the total number of pieces entered for QuickDrop displayed in the bottom right corner. Additionally, a warning message will appear if the detailed order’s piece count doesn’t match the original QuickDrop count.

We've rolled out a few updates that bring big improvements for our plant customers and anyone using heat seals.
Now, when completing an order from the plant, push notifications are supported, and records of those notifications are stored for better tracking.
We've also enhanced the heat seal history popup to show how many times a seal has been used, along with the dates it was cleaned and completed.

We've made a slight change to how you enter the locker and code on the cleaning page. This is now done in the rack popup instead of the table row. This change improves consistency with the process on the ready page and simplifies things for those marking orders as cleaned from the machines page, as fewer steps are required.

We’ve made improvements to the Pricing Page on your website. Now, when customers view the pricing for weight-based products, they can easily see how the price is calculated. These products are indicated with a /. For example:
