New Invoices setting

You will now have the ability to have no repeating invoices created if no there are orders are available.

To have this configured, go to Settings > Admin > Invoices and enable the 'Do Not Repeat Invoice If No Orders Available' option.

Set a tip when you add/edit a repeat pickup in the CRM

You will now have the ability to set either a % or $ tip when you add/edit a repeat pickup in the customer CRM if you're on one our of professional subscription plans.

To do this, follow the steps below:

  • Select a customer from the 'New Order' page.
  • Click on the blue profile symbol, which is located next to their name.
  • You will now be taken to the customer's CRM, where under 'Pickups' you can add/edit a pickup and add a tip.

New redesign for editing your route(s)

We have redesigned the routes page for our pickup and delivery customers. This can be accessed when you go to Settings -> Admin -> Pickup and Delivery -> Routes.

Route Pro upgrade

With this paid upgrade, you will get the following:

- Higher waypoints limit per route optimisation.

- More accurate driver location tracking.

- Predictive ETA, so the customer can see the ETA directly in the notification without having to click on driver tracking link/notification.

Staff Training on Users Page

A handy feature for training new staff members had been released - now you can:

  • view how many videos they've watched
  • view which videos they've watched, so you can see where their learning progress is.

You are now able to define the maximum use of a promo code in Menu > Admin > Discounts.

Edit image on your promo carousel

You will now have the ability to edit the image that is attached to your Promo Carousel's.

This can be done if you go to settings -> admin -> discounts.

Pickup and Delivery settings moved to Admin

From now on, Pickup and Delivery settings will not open up in a new tab - you will be able to manage your settings and routes from the same tab.

Customer CRM now on metrics!

On metrics you will now have the ability to access the customer CRM.

If you go to settings -> metrics -> customers.

When you hover over a specific customer, you can now click on the profile symbol that appears which will take you to the CRM.

Promo Codes Upgrade

We have updated and made the Promo Codes feature more usable and trackable. Now you can:

  • Check out active, deactivated and deleted promo codes
  • View "times used" in a table
  • View in "View activity" how long has a customer been with you when they've used the code
  • View in "View activity" the lifetime spending of the customer
  • Decide if you want your staff members to also be able to use the code when creating it
  • Specify a maximum number of times it can be used

Photo section in the CRM

Any photos from recent orders will now be accessible in the customer CRM.

To see this section in the CRM, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the customer from the new order page.
  2. Click on the blue profile icon which is located next to the customers name.
  3. Then select 'photos' from the options displayed.

Ability to customise the weight type

You can now change the weight type (lbs/kgs) if it happens to be incorrect in your account.

To do this, go to settings -> admin -> new order page -> weight symbol.

We have just launched a new version of the customer app!

In this new update, you will now have the ability to do the following:

  • Edit repeat pickup.
  • Review request by push notification.
  • Tax exemption at the customer level.
  • Customer birthday on signup.
  • Skip Friday for time between P&D hours.

The users page has had a completely new re-design.

In this re-design, you will now have the following:

  • Faster and more intuitive staff editing.
  • New advanced driver location tracking, showing their history over the past 3 days.
  • View how much training each staff member has completed.

New delivery fee exempt option

You can now make specific customers exempt from paying a delivery fee when creating a new customer subscription in pickup and delivery.

To do this, go to Settings -> Admin -> Pickup & Delivery -> Customer Subscriptions.

Bag and Hanging count in Driver App

You can now view the Bag and Hanging count in CleanCloud.

To view this you will need to click on the relevant order, under the product summary you will see the Bags and Hanging count.

Inventory Stock Metrics

You can now view a report of all your inventory stock within Metrics.

This will show you the Stock levels and the Alert Threshold. You can also click on 'Activity' and view when inventory was added and used.

To access this go to Metrics > Inventory

Promo Code import tool

You can now import any existing promo codes you have into CleanCloud.

To import these you will need to go to cleancloudapp.com/import (ensure you are logged into your CleanCloud account). Once you have done this you will need to download the template file. Once you have downloaded this, fill in the required fields and then re import as a .CSV via the import link.

Select All Orders in Driver App

Within the Driver App you now have the ability to select all orders without having to select each and everyone.

To do this, you will need to open the Driver App > Click on P/D of the first order > at the top of the page the following button will appear ‘Select All’ > This will then select all orders on the page for you.
