We've enhanced the Ready page with a new feature! In addition to sorting orders by type (In-store and Delivery) or specific routes, you can now filter specifically for Locker orders.

With CleanCloud Pay and Clearent integration, you can now effortlessly view, edit, and remove customer saved cards directly from your POS system. Update customers' default cards and gain access to key card details such as the card's expiry date, card type, the last 4 digits of the card number, and the date the card was added as changing the customers default card.

Another addition to our route planner is the ability to manually drag and rearrange the order of deliveries to better fit your day. This is a great option if you’d like to alter the existing route order.

Your drivers can now send messages directly to customers via the Driver App, while ensuring their phone number remains hidden. This is a quick and easy way to keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
To activate this feature, simply navigate to Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > Driver App > and enable the 'Use CRM Messenger' toggle.

Before, you could only print customer barcodes with receipt printers. But now, you've got the option to use label printers too. This comes in handy for sticking barcodes on items like laundry bags or loyalty cards.

The next time you export an Orders (Sales) and Orders (Revenue) report, you'll notice a new column for section IDs. These IDs correspond to the sections you've created in your account, like laundry, dry cleaning, or others.

When accessing the Metrics page, the default date range encompasses the entire day. However, if a single day is selected, a time picker will appear, allowing users to specify time intervals such as 2pm to 8pm.
