Improved Price List Automation for POS Orders

We've enhanced price lists automation for orders created via the POS.


👉 To ensure your POS orders reflect the correct pricing based on your pickup and delivery preferences, follow these simple steps:


1- Go to Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > General Settings.

2- Toggle on 'Allow Customers With Custom Price Lists to use them for Pickup and Delivery Orders'.


With this setting enabled, the POS will apply the correct price list to both in-store and pickup/delivery orders to your customers automatically.

Locker Instructions

Customize locker instructions! When creating or editing locker locations, add specific instructions for each locker. Customers will see this info on the app/booking tool.

New Timezone Update

We have updated how timezones work in CleanCloud. ⏰🌐

Now you just need to set the closest timezone to your city once and you are done forever. There is no longer any need to change for daylight savings, and your historical data will be corrected.

To make sure you have the correct timezone set for your location go to Admin > Store Settings > Store Info and set your 'Timezone' in the dropdown.

It is ordered by continent so choose your city like America/New_York, Europe/London, Australia/Sydney or Asia/Dubai.

Order Payment Link in SMS

When notifying customers via SMS about their cleaned order, they can now access a payment link directly in the message to make payments online. 


Note: To use these online payment features, your account must be integrated with a payment system.

CleanCloud Pay and Clearent Card Management

With CleanCloud Pay and Clearent integration, you can now effortlessly view, edit, and remove customer saved cards directly from your POS system. Update customers' default cards and gain access to key card details such as the card's expiry date, card type, the last 4 digits of the card number, and the date the card was added as changing the customers default card.
