Release Forms Enhancements

We're happy to announce the recent enhancements to our Release Form feature. 🚀📄


🥇 First Order Release Form: Automatically include release forms in a customer's initial order to ensure awareness of basic store terms and conditions. This can be set on Settings > Hardware > Receipt Printer > Release Forms > Release Form on First Order.


📧📲 Release Forms in Digital Receipts: Include release forms in Email or SMS receipts by enabling 'Send Link to Digital Receipt' in Settings > Admin > Notifications > Email/SMS.


✍️ Digital Signatures on POS: Activate the 'On Screen Sign' feature to enable customers to digitally sign the release form during checkout using the mouse cursor (for computers) or touchscreens (on tablets and iPads).

Tax ID Visibility Update

Easily display and set Tax ID on customer accounts! 📊💼


Head to Settings > Admin > Workflow > New Order page > Optional Customer Fields, toggle on 'Tax ID', and update it on the customer CRM page. Business accounts will automatically display the Tax ID.


The Tax ID will be visible on invoices for both customer and business accounts. Learn more on our 'Sales Tax Setup'.

Easily enable it via Settings > Users > Manage User Accounts. Just download a trusted Authenticator App, follow the quick setup, and enjoy enhanced security for your CleanCloud account.

Add Funds to Laundry Cards through CleanCloud POS

You can now easily top-up customer Laundry Cards right at the front desk through our POS system, eliminating the need to rely solely on kiosks. 💸💳


All you need to do is create a Laundry Card product in your CleanCloud account, and then, when needed, select a customer and top up their card with the required amount. Enjoy simplified laundry card management with CleanCloud's new POS feature.


This feature is only compatible with LaundryCard, FasCard, and Laundroworks.

Automatically select Release Form based on Products.

An Owner's Risk Release Form is an optional feature that you may add to your receipts, and it can be automatically attached to specific products. For further information, see this article. Creating Release Forms


To edit your product, navigate to Settings > Products > Edit > Release Form dropdown and choose the appropriate release form that you want attached to the product.

Customer Source: Where did you find us?

It will now be possible for you to include information of where the customer found out about your business when you add them to the POS.


You can turn on the setting in Settings > Admin > Workflow > New Order Page > Optional Customer Fields > Toggle on 'Customer Source'


There will be a fresh set of options with some pre-installed defaults, like:

Google Search

Google Maps

Yelp

Facebook

Friend or Family


You can add or remove sources from the list above if you wish.


Then simply choose the relevant options from the newly available selection 'Customer Source' when adding a new customer from the New Order Page +.
