This ensures you know exactly why a discount is applied, improving staff accountability. This new addition is now compulsory, so staff must give a reason when applying a CRM discount.

We’ve added options for making the delivery fee tax-exempt!
This works for all three taxes and is setup in Admin > Pickup and Delivery > General Settings. This feature currently works within the POS. If you edit or detail a Pickup and Delivery order created via the customer app, the system will correct the tax amount.
Native tax exemptions in the customer app coming soon.

We’ve introduced a new product discount rule type that allows you to set quantity-based discounts.
Apply a $X discount for every quantity threshold reached. For example, get $1 off for every 5 shirts purchased. So, if you buy 18 shirts, you’ll receive a $3 discount.

An exciting update to make ordering in large quantities easier for customers.
We’ve released an update for the CleanCloud Customer app, enabling customers to type in their quantity instead of repeatedly tapping +/- . To use this feature, customers need to tap and hold the product they wish to select, and the quantity input field will appear. They can then type in the desired quantity and click save.

Now, editing prices is as simple as tapping on your old price, entering the new one, and pressing enter. This streamlined process saves you time and ensures your pricing is always up to date with minimal effort.

We've added more options for Product Discount Rules!
Today we added a minimum quantity trigger for Product Discount Rules. This means you're now able to create tiered pricing. Additionally, you can now choose whether the product discount can be combined with an order-level discount, or choose to ignore it.

We’ve added Webhooks to CleanCloud, there are now 7 available on the API page, Webhooks notifies CleanCloud to ping an external URL when an event occurs.
Webhooks are useful if you wish to send immediate updates about customers or orders to an external API endpoint. For example, if you wish to use an external marketing or pickup tool that requires up-to-date information.
