New overview page in metrics

Check out our new overview page in Metrics! Settings > Metrics > Overview

We've organized the overview page so that you can quickly and efficiently see all the key information you need in one place for what has happened in a day.As a manager, the Dashboard section with all your graphs focuses on general trends for your business, while the Overview page is focused on being the place to go to to monitor all your daily events.

Info added includes:

  • Cash ups from the day
  • Staff performance summary
  • List of payouts
  • List of credit given to customers
  • Overdue orders (current time past the ready by date)
  • To be cleaned for today but still cleaning
  • To be cleaned for tomorrow but still cleaning
  • List of refunded orders
  • List of discounted orders
  • List of orders where credit used
  • List of deleted orders
  • List of promo code uses
  • Failed subscription payments (only for those that have a new subscription type)

Machine page improvements

We've revamped our Machines page with the following improvements:

  • Nicer and cleaner layout
  • We now show a message in a popup when you move an order that is in more than one machine to remind and alert your staff that you have to empty multiple machines (example: #1, #3)
  • We added a way to sort your to do orders by order time and due date

Cash up improvements

We've listened to you and made quite a few improvements to our cash up process.

  • A red bar has been added to remind you if the starting cash has yet to be completed
  • You can now click into your cash up right in the row of the starting cash in your cash up tables
  • + many more improvements

Easily add upcharges and notes to laundry bag

You can now very easily add upcharges and notes to your laundry bags.

When you add the weight of your laundry bag, within the same pop up you can now add a list of common upcharges to choose from. We've also added a notes box to add any necessary specifics right in the same place. Life couldn't be easier :)

Refund tool now available

The ability to do refunds directly from your CleanCloud account is now available for any order fully or partially paid by Card.

  • Simply edit that order and a refund button will appear at the top of the screen of the new order page.
  • You will have the option to select the amount you wish to refund ($ or %), the method in which to refund (Cash, Card, Store Credit) and specify a reason for the refund

DoorDash is now Live (US only)

We're excited about this one. DoorDash is now live to all our Customers doing Pickup & Delivery.

Invoicing Tool Improvements

We have added a number of new features to improve our new invoicing tool;

  • When creating monthly repeating invoices you can now select multiple customers and business accounts from the autocomplete menu making it quicker and easier to create multiple repeating monthly invoices for different customers.
  • You now have the option to have orders displayed in invoices broken down by order ID and product, showing a breakdown of how each product contributes to the order with price and quantity.
  • The ability have invoices broken down by product rather than orders has now been added to the new invoicing tool. This shows each product as a line item with quantity.

Improvements for Users

Our User profiles have a had a great new update that make them even more convenient:

  • 2 new User permissions have been added that allow owners to further customise profiles for their staff. You can now edit whether or not a profile can run payroll for staff members and also whether or not the profile can process refunds.
  • Staff members can now access their /me profile from any IP address with a more secure and password-protected login.

Ease-of-use updates: June

Two more updates have launched on CleanCloud this week:

  • When an email address is available for a customer, you now have the option to always send an email to that customer alongside any push notifications they are due to receive.
  • You can now have CleanCloud auto-highlight the quick-drop field after selecting a customer. This makes completing quick-drop orders much faster, as you only need to select the customer and type the quick-drop number.
