Fascard, Laundrycard and Laundroworks Improvments

We've made some improvements to our Fascard, Laundrycard and Laundroworks integration.

1- We now offer the ability to do partial payments with these cards. Don't forget to ensure that partial payments is turned on for this to work (Settings > Admin > Payments & Finances > Payments > Allow for Partial Payment toggle on).

2- You can now take payment and also do a batch payment using this from the Ready page.

3- We've added this to the Revenue page in Metrics

Driver app: un-assign an order

When an order is taken by a driver, the driver can un-assign it in case it was taken in error through the driver app.

Upon accepting an order, an additional red button will appear called 'Issue'. There will be a few option here that the driver can chose from within this tab:

  • Ask customer to reschedule
  • Remove order from assigned driver

Enter reason for assigning credit

Your staff can now enter a reason every time they assign credit to a customer. This way you can keep track of why a credit was given by a staff member.

This will show also show in the 'Credits Given' section of the 'Overview' report on the Metrics page.

Push notifications are now FREE

Yes, you heard that right...Push notifications are now free!

Push notification are a great way to send a notification message to a customer through their iOS/Android phone via the Customer app.

Make sure you've activated them here:

  • Settings > Admin > Notifications > Push

Easily increase any price list you have

You can now easily increase any price list you have by a % instead of just your default price list

  • Settings > Products > Price list dropdown > Add a New Price List

Express turnaround fee as % or flat fee

You can now add your express turnaround fee as % of price of garments as an option instead of a flat fee from:

  • Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > Pickup / Delivery Options > Additional charge for Express Delivery

Repeat Pickup Improvements

We have made improvements to incentivizing your customers to make repeat pickups:

  • You can now incentivize repeat pickups with an intelligent discount scheme
  • You can now also add it to your promo carousel to redirect your customers to create a repeat pickup from their home screen

New overview page in metrics

Check out our new overview page in Metrics! Settings > Metrics > Overview

We've organized the overview page so that you can quickly and efficiently see all the key information you need in one place for what has happened in a day.As a manager, the Dashboard section with all your graphs focuses on general trends for your business, while the Overview page is focused on being the place to go to to monitor all your daily events.

Info added includes:

  • Cash ups from the day
  • Staff performance summary
  • List of payouts
  • List of credit given to customers
  • Overdue orders (current time past the ready by date)
  • To be cleaned for today but still cleaning
  • To be cleaned for tomorrow but still cleaning
  • List of refunded orders
  • List of discounted orders
  • List of orders where credit used
  • List of deleted orders
  • List of promo code uses
  • Failed subscription payments (only for those that have a new subscription type)

Machine page improvements

We've revamped our Machines page with the following improvements:

  • Nicer and cleaner layout
  • We now show a message in a popup when you move an order that is in more than one machine to remind and alert your staff that you have to empty multiple machines (example: #1, #3)
  • We added a way to sort your to do orders by order time and due date
