We’ve added a one-touch feature to send a reminder to customers to pick up their order.
When an order has been ready for over a week, a speech bubble icon appears next to the order on the Ready page. Pressing this icon sends a reminder to the customer, and the icon will disappear for 48 hours. Hovering over the bubble will show how many times the reminder has been sent and how many hours ago the most recent one was sent.

Editing a previous Cash-Up is now possible! This new feature allows you to make necessary adjustments to past entries, ensuring your financial records are always accurate and up-to-date.
For enhanced security, we're also introducing a new user permission that enables staff members to edit cash-ups. To grant this capability, just assign the “Edit Cash-Up” permission to the appropriate team members.

We’ve enhanced the Overview Page of Metrics with a new section called Discount Given. This section displays discounts applied to customers, including details such as the staff member who issued the discount, the customer, the discount percentage, the date, and, importantly, the reason for the discount.
This addition provides greater transparency and insight into discount usage, helping you monitor and manage staff practices more effectively.

This ensures you know exactly why a discount is applied, improving staff accountability. This new addition is now compulsory, so staff must give a reason when applying a CRM discount.

We’ve introduced a new product discount rule type that allows you to set quantity-based discounts.
Apply a $X discount for every quantity threshold reached. For example, get $1 off for every 5 shirts purchased. So, if you buy 18 shirts, you’ll receive a $3 discount.

We’ve added options for making the delivery fee tax-exempt!
This works for all three taxes and is setup in Admin > Pickup and Delivery > General Settings. This feature currently works within the POS. If you edit or detail a Pickup and Delivery order created via the customer app, the system will correct the tax amount.
Native tax exemptions in the customer app coming soon.

We’ve released an update for the CleanCloud Customer app, enabling customers to type in their quantity instead of repeatedly tapping +/- . To use this feature, customers need to tap and hold the product they wish to select, and the quantity input field will appear. They can then type in the desired quantity and click save.

We’ve added a new Locker type called ‘Drop Location’.
We’ve added a new locker type called ‘Drop Location,’ making the order process even easier! Customers no longer need to provide a locker number when creating an order.
This feature is now available on our Web Booking Tool, iOS, and Android App. All that's required is a quick update from their respective app stores.
