We’ve added a new Locker type called ‘Drop Location’.

We’ve added a new locker type called ‘Drop Location,’ making the order process even easier! Customers no longer need to provide a locker number when creating an order.

This feature is now available on our Web Booking Tool, iOS, and Android App. All that's required is a quick update from their respective app stores.

We’ve added the word ‘Express’ to receipts to indicate when an order is expedited. To customize this, navigate to receipt printer settings within hardware and select customer copy under font sizes.

Updating your prices within price lists just got easier and more effortless.

Now, editing prices is as simple as tapping on your old price, entering the new one, and pressing enter. This streamlined process saves you time and ensures your pricing is always up to date with minimal effort.

This change takes place on our products page and applies to both the default and custom Price Lists.

🛒 Product Discount Rules 🤑

We've added more options for Product Discount Rules!

Today we added a minimum quantity trigger for Product Discount Rules. This means you're now able to create tiered pricing. Additionally, you can now choose whether the product discount can be combined with an order-level discount, or choose to ignore it.

🔗 Introducing Webhooks 🪝

We’ve added Webhooks to CleanCloud, there are now 7 available on the API page, Webhooks notifies CleanCloud to ping an external URL when an event occurs.

Webhooks are useful if you wish to send immediate updates about customers or orders to an external API endpoint. For example, if you wish to use an external marketing or pickup tool that requires up-to-date information.

🔄 A New Waiting Column ⏳

We’ve introduced a new column on our machines page dedicated to handling wait times.

During peak hours, you might find that no dryers are immediately available for freshly washed clothes. Our new waiting area is perfect for these situations. Much like the waiting area in your store, it allows you to track orders at every step.

This is one of the many features we’ve added to ensure our system aligns perfectly with your business operations.

We’ve added a Customer Credit to the stats page on the CRM.

Customer Credit is a valuable feature in any POS, especially in cases where you refund to store credit. But what's more important is being able to see credit history, so we've also added this to the stats page!

Introducing the Machines Activity Report, now available in our Report Scheduler.

Reports are a great way to see exactly what's happening in your business, and that continues today with our new Machines Activity Report. And for ease of use, we’ve added it to our Report Scheduler.

Our new Machines Activity Report shows a ton of information, such as the order ID, Process, Cycle Name, Modifier, as well as the Machine ID, and Start and End time. This is perfect for you to see how your machines are being used, as well as what cycles, and modifiers are most popular.

🌀⚙️ We’ve added Custom Cycles & Modifiers

We’ve rolled out an exciting update to CleanCloud, bringing you Custom Cycles and Modifiers.

Now you can add custom cycles to both washers and dryers, we’ve also added color-coding to make them easily identifiable at a glance.

Adding Prices per cycle just became possible, however, it's important to note that this will override the default machine price.

Additionally, you can charge for extras by assigning them on a per-cycle basis or for every cycle with our new Modifiers feature. Want scent boosters only on Delicates? Now you can easily create a modifier for that.

• Instant Pickup Time: Say goodbye to manual inputs! Now, the current date and time are automatically set for pickup, saving you precious seconds.
• Effortless Delivery Date: No more calendar juggling! We've preselected the delivery date, calculated smartly for you based on pickup, plus a few extra days (depending on your settings)
• Hourly Help: Need to set a delivery time? Just pick the start hour, and we'll cleverly fill in the end hour for you. It's like magic, but better.
