• Keep a full conversation history so you can see what’s being asked

We’ve added a new webhook to expand your automation capabilities:

• customer.deleted — receive notifications when a customer is deleted from CleanCloud.

Your online customers can now quickly sign up or log in using Apple - previously this was only available in the iOS app.

Important Notes:

• If you're using a custom email domain, and a customer signs up using Apple's Private Relay, your emails may not be delivered. Only emails sent from @cleancloudapp.com will reliably reach those users. Contact support if you'd like to revert to CleanCloud's default domain.
• Apple Sign In won’t work when the booking tool is embedded via iframe (same as other social login options).

You can now schedule repeat pickups using DoorDash and Uber, either through the POS or by letting customers set them up online.

This feature is only available in supported regions where DoorDash or Uber are active.

The web booking tool now supports a Super Express Fee, giving you more control over rush pricing.

Set different fees based on turnaround time: charge $20 extra for orders needed in under 24 hours, apply a standard $10 express fee for orders with a 24–48 hour turnaround, and skip the fee for anything over 48 hours.

It’s a smarter way to handle urgent orders while keeping your pricing fair and flexible.
