CleanCloud Updates

You can now import any existing promo codes you have into CleanCloud.

To import these you will need to go to cleancloudapp.com/import (ensure you are logged into your CleanCloud account). Once you have done this you will need to download the template file. Once you have downloaded this, fill in the required fields and then re import as a .CSV via the import link.

Within the Driver App you now have the ability to select all orders without having to select each and everyone.

To do this, you will need to open the Driver App > Click on P/D of the first order > at the top of the page the following button will appear ‘Select All’ > This will then select all orders on the page for you.

You can now view the history of all the Washers/Dryers an order has been in.

To view this find the relevant order in the Cleaning, Ready or Search pages > Under the order column click 'Edit' and there will be a section called 'Machines' which will show you the history.

You can now quick edit Order Notes in Plant.

To do this when in Plant mode, the order must be on the Cleaning page. On the Cleaning page you will need to find the relevant order and click edit on Order Notes. You will then be able to adjust the notes as necessary.

You can now add Weekly and Bi Weekly subscriptions for your customers to sign up to.

These can be added in Pickup and Delivery > Subscriptions.

We have introduced a New Customer report in Metrics > Customers.

This will highlight information on your new customers which includes

• Their details
• No. of orders
• Last Order
• Total spend
• Sign up date

You can now add/delete subscriptions through the customer CRM.

To do this, you will need to search for the customer and click on the 'Subscriptions' tab from the dropdown you can then select the relevant subscription to add to the customers account.

*Please note you will need to be integrated with Stripe/Clearent in order to use the subscriptions feature and have the CleanCloud professional subscription*

The Xero integration has now been updated to include the following features.

1. Option to have separate bank accounts linked - When you set up the Xero integration you can now have separate accounts linked for Cash, Card and Check transactions
2. Automatically mark invoice as paid if marked as paid in Xero - Now if an invoice is marked as paid in Xero this will now mark it off as paid in CleanCloud. Please note that this will only work when marked as paid in Xero, it will not be updated in Xero if marked as paid via CleanCloud. This setting can be switched on in Settings > Admin > Accounting integration > Automatically Mark Invoice as Paid in CleanCloud When Paid in Xero

When you are detailing an order, you can now add upto three different types of stains and damages to an item.

To do this you will need to click edit on the item and select from the relevant dropdown, or alternatively you can use the fixed bar at the bottom of the New Order Page.

*Stains and Damages can be set in Settings > Products > Item Notes*

The Web Booking Tool has now been updated to include all features that can be found within the iOS/Android customer app.

This includes features such as

• Locker workflow
• Customer credits
