CleanCloud Updates

When going to Settings > Metrics > Revenue you can now view a breakdown of the card payment type.

E.g. Clearent saved card, Clearent terminal

CleanCloud has improved the way in which the require Heat seal feature works.

You now have the option to choose between a new or existing tag, which will work with both permanent and temporary tags.

You can also 'skip until next order' should you not have time to detail, or don't require a Heat seal.

When submitting a new order where there are HeatSeal barcodes, you can now view the barcodes that belong to each garment.

A 'View All' button will appear when the order has been submitted.

Heat Seal scanning workflow has now been improved.

When scanning a garments barcode into edit item notes, CleanCloud will check to if a barcode already exists. Should it exist then it will automatically move to the next garment, should it not exist then it will automatically select the 'new' tick box and move onto the next garment for you to scan.

When sending an email or SMS to a customer, their first name will pre fill in CleanCloud.

CleanCloud has improved the functions available for the customer pop up.

You can now do the following:

• Edit customer
• Send Email
• Send SMS

CleanCloud has now introduced a promo carousel for the customer app.

The promos can be set up via Settings > Admin > Discounts.

Here you will be able to preview how the carousel will look, alongside being able to add images, text, choosing background and text colour.

CleanCloud has improved the way in which upcharges now work.

You can now assign upcharges to a particular set of products or to whole sections.

Once created these upcharges cannot be edited.

CleanCloud has added a new production dashboard on the Plant Page.

To access this go to Settings > Plant > Click on the graph icon.

Here you will be able to see an overview of the following -

• Breakdown of top items to clean (by piece and quantity)
• Due today
• Due tomorrow
• Overdue
• Cleaned today

You can now auto charge customers within CleanCloud. The charge will take place when orders are being moved from the Clean to Ready page.

This will allow you to charge through the following options :

• For all unpaid order
• Only pickup and delivery orders with a saved card

This can be set through Settings > Admin > Payments > Auto Charge Saved Card When Order Cleaned
