Plant Updates

We have now improved the Heat seal scanning within Plant mode.

You can now select an alternative scanning option for Heat seals, instead of updating the status, you can scan to find an order.

Customer QR barcode

You will now be able to scan the customers QR code from the app.

This will bring up the customer summary box enabling you to see all of their current orders.

Auto Clock-Out Email Alerts 🔒⏰

Admins can now receive email alerts for automatic staff clock-outs.

To Enable: Go to Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Security → Send Auto Clock-Out Email and toggle it on.

Delete customers subscription

You can now delete a customers subscription.

To do this go to Settings > Pickup and Delivery > Customer Subscriptions > View Subscribers > Delete.

View payment type in Metrics

When going to Settings > Metrics > Revenue you can now view a breakdown of the card payment type.

E.g. Clearent saved card, Clearent terminal

Heat seal Workflow improvements

CleanCloud has improved the way in which the require Heat seal feature works.

You now have the option to choose between a new or existing tag, which will work with both permanent and temporary tags.

You can also 'skip until next order' should you not have time to detail, or don't require a Heat seal.

View full list of garment barcode IDs

When submitting a new order where there are HeatSeal barcodes, you can now view the barcodes that belong to each garment.

A 'View All' button will appear when the order has been submitted.

Heatseal scanning

Heat Seal scanning workflow has now been improved.

When scanning a garments barcode into edit item notes, CleanCloud will check to if a barcode already exists. Should it exist then it will automatically move to the next garment, should it not exist then it will automatically select the 'new' tick box and move onto the next garment for you to scan.
