We know invoicing customers can be a pain, so we’ve made it easier than ever with our brand-new Suggest Customers button in the invoice tool.
Now, when you create a new invoice, you’ll see the Suggest Customers option. Simply click it, and our system will search through unpaid orders to present you with a list of customers who are likely the ones you’re looking for.

The CleanCloud POS now displays a yellow icon labeled ‘1st Order’ on the Detail, Cleaning, Ready, and Pickups pages whenever it’s a customer’s first order. This feature is designed to help staff identify first-time customers quickly, ensuring they receive any extra-special treatment or attention needed to make a great first impression.

The CleanCloud Driver app now displays a yellow info box labeled ‘1st Order’ in the orders feed whenever it’s a customer’s first order. This feature is designed to remind drivers to complete any first-time customer-specific actions you may have and to ensure these customers receive extra-special treatment.
This new marketing rule lets you target customers based on their total lifetime orders. Combine it with other order rules for campaigns like:
“Customer lifetime orders > 10, and no orders in the last 30 days.”
