We’ve added an Order Type filter to the Cleaning page, just like the one on the Ready page. You can now easily filter orders by Order Method such as, In-Store, Delivery, or Lockers, as well as their Route Assignment, helping you manage workflows more efficiently.
We’ve introduced powerful new rules to supercharge your marketing campaigns:
• Customer has not left a review
• Customer has left a review (with the ability to select a score range)
• In-store order count (excludes Pickup & Delivery orders)
These rules are now available across the entire marketing suite, giving you more flexibility to target the right customers effectively.

When crafting a one-time Marketing message, you have the option to select the message type, which can be either Marketing or Informational Notification.
Informational Notifications simplifies the process of sharing crucial updates with all customers who meet the eligibility criteria, regardless of their marketing opt-in status. For instance, notifying customers on Route 7 about a canceled service becomes a straightforward task. Try it out and keep everyone in the loop effortlessly.

The Express Ready-By Date option now includes an hours setting in addition to days. Allowing you to set default ready-by times to 48 hours for regular orders and 24 hours for express orders, offering more precise control over turnaround times.
Starting today, every edit to staff hours will be fully logged. You’ll have a complete history of changes and know exactly who made them, giving you greater transparency and control.
A new Edited icon will appear in the notes column of any edited shift. Click it to view the original data alongside the edits made and the person responsible for them.
You can now see the invoice number directly when searching for orders on the search page. This enhancement makes it easier to quickly identify which invoice an order is assigned to, saving you time and improving efficiency.
The custom text on receipts that appears on printed versions will now also display on digital receipts. This ensures consistency and gives your customers all the information they need, no matter the format.
