Tell us a bit about your business.

I’m Devonn, Founder and CEO of Sneakky Klean in Miami, Florida. Sneakky Klean is a premium sneaker cleaning service which offers convenient solutions to help keep footwear looking fresh and pristine. Using expert techniques and top-tier products to restore sneakers back to their original condition, making sure they look good as new. Convenience is super important, which is why our services are available through multiple channels—whether a customer would prefer to drop off their sneakers at one of our retail locations or they’d like to use our mobile app to schedule pickup and delivery right from their doorstep.

Before using CleanCloud, how did you stay in touch with your customers?

Before switching to CleanCloud, we would rely on multiple different systems and programs for our CRM, which was not only expensive and time-consuming but also required us to juggle different platforms. Among all the features, I’d say the ability to send automated emails and texts has made the biggest impact.

These emails will often include tricks and tips about shoe care and cleaning, links to our website so people can find out more information about our services, and useful articles or blogs. We also send emails to targeted segments of our customer base depending on set triggers and rules. For instance, if a customer has signed up but they have yet to place an order, we’ll reach out to them offering an incentive such as free consultation.

Our custom-branded app, SNKY, has shown to be more than just a cool feature, it’s been a valuable tool for our customer experience. Our clients love to have a place on their phones where they can track loyalty points, monitor the status of their orders and have their own personalized space within the company, it’s like their own little corner in our organization. It’s also awesome to see customers actively using our app, it’s very rewarding!
