Once set up, you will be provided with a welcome pack containing useful information and marketing materials to help you get started. You can then start accepting orders for shoe and leather goods repairs whether this be a broken heel, new soles for a pair of shoes or a handbag strap that needs replacing, Cobblers Direct will use their expert craftsmanship to repair all orders.
Once an order has been processed, the item will need to be packaged in a Cobblers bag (provided in your welcome pack) along with a FedEx prepaid label. Deliver the items at a FedEx drop off point and sit back while Cobblers Direct gets to work! Their team of professionals will work with care to ensure that every shoe, bag or belt they receive is repaired to a high standard. So you can rest assured that your valued customers will be receiving a high quality service that will have them coming back again and again. They’ll keep the customer updated with key info such as pricing, and length of time to repair. Once the item is ready, they’ll deliver it back to your business, ready for the customer to collect.
