Weโve added a new filter to the Search page.
Search by summary is now added for searching orders, thisโll help for the times when you have a garment laying around with no tagging. With search by summary you can easily find its owner in no time.

Now, on the Pickups page, you can easily organize and filter your view by selecting specific routes.
Simply use the 'Filter Route(s)' dropdown to select one or multiple routes simultaneously.

We've incorporated a new filter on the Cleaning Page specifically designed to display only express orders. We believe thisโll help you and your staff see what orders are most pressing.

We've introduced a new notification for your customers, which will only be activated when pickup orders have been collected.
This additional notification aims to reassure customers by confirming that their order has been successfully picked up by the driver. Please note, if you opt for SMS notification, it will require an extra credit.

You can now leave internal messages in yellow within the Messages tab of the Customer CRM or the Driver App.
These are called 'Internal Notes' viewable to all staff but not the customer. Use these to communicate with staff on the next shift, leaving them updates on tasks.

Export Feature Added: The Metrics page now allows you to export a report for credits given.
This report offers a comprehensive list of credits issued, detailing the date, staff member's name, customer amount, and the provided reason.
