You will now have the ability to see the notification history for a specific customer using the CRM tool. Simply select the customer from the New Order page > select the blue profile symbol > click on the 'messages' tab and enable the 'show notifications' toggle. This new feature is a great way for you to be able to view any communication between you and the customer.

You will now have the ability to do your Payroll reporting within CleanCloud. To configure some of the key elements needed to run your Payroll, go to Settings > Admin > Store Settings, and then scroll down the page to the 'Payroll' section. To access the Payroll records, you will see a 'Payroll' tab in Settings > Users. Please note: the Payroll section will only work if you have assigned an hourly wage to your staff user(s).

You will now have the ability to offer your customers an E-Receipt. You can have this E-Receipt accessible with a QR code on the customer paper receipt. Alternatively, you can have a link to the digital receipt sent within an email or SMS notification. To get this setup, go to Settings > Admin > Notifications.

The CleanCloud customer app version 6.10 has been released. In this new update, you and your customers will have 2 way messaging! In the below screenshot, you can see a message icon at the top right of the screen. You will also have the ability to disable the car check in popup which appears if you allow in store orders to be placed online. To disable the car check in pop up, just go to Settings > Admin > Store Settings, and then disable the 'Allow Customers To Request Bringing Their Orders To Their Car' option.

You will now have the ability to have a QR code displayed on the customer copy receipt. When this QR code is scanned, it will take the customer to the E-Receipt for their order. To have this functionality, just go to Settings > Printers > Receipt Printer, and enable the 'Print QR for E-Receipt' option.

If you try to log in to your CleanCloud account incorrectly 5 times, you will be locked out. To recover your account, you will need to reset your password. This will give you better account security.

If you let customers provide your store with a tip when they place an order, you will now be able to establish a percentage of that tip that will go between staff users for the order(s). Simply go to Settings > Admin > Store Settings, and at the bottom of the page you will see a 'Tips' section.
Please note: You will not see the 'Pickup Driver' and the 'Delivery Driver' field attached in the below screenshot if you do not offer a Pickup and Delivery service on our professional subscription plan.

To enhance our square meter product type, we have now added a toggle to change square meter products to square feet. This should make working with carpets, curtains and larger items much easier.
The toggle can be found in Menu > Admin > New Order Page.

Now you have the option to set a template with your automated marketing campaigns - we have released two email and one SMS template that will make it even more effortless to engage your customers.
Head to Menu > Marketing > Automated Campaigns to check them out.

If you use our Xero accounting integration, you will now see a 'Send All To Xero' button when you go to Settings > Invoice. This will allow you to be able to send all invoices that you have created to Xero in just one click.

You will now have the ability to have a barcode printed on your bags out laundry labels. If you scan this barcode, the system will locate and highlight the order for you. If the order is unpaid, this will also be stated on the label.

You can now add a product that goes by square meter, so you are able to charge for carpets more conveniently.
Go to Menu > Products, click on "Add new product", and from product type, select "Price per square meter".
Once this product is added, you'll be able to input the width and height of the item - if you have multiple of these dropped off, you can simply click the "Next" button in the popup to add more.

With the latest update to Metrics, you are able to view your revenue and orders broken down to your pickup and delivery routes.
Simply go to Metrics > Orders or Revenue, and from the "all orders" dropdown, simply select the route you would like to view.

You will now have the option to control when garments are automatically moved off with assisted Assembly. Previously, this option was only available for store.
To find this new feature, go to Settings > Admin > Assembly > Assisted Assembly in Plant, you'll then see a 'Remove Order from Assembly When' field.

If you're on our professional package and offer a Pickup and Delivery service, your drivers will now have the ability to select a reschedule button. Once the reschedule button has been pressed, the customer will then get a notification asking them to reschedule their Pickup or Delivery. They can do this via the customer app or the booking tool.

When a customer clicks on a Google or Facebook advert and uses the web booking tool, CleanCloud will notify Google/Facebook when the customer signs up and when they create an order. This will allow you to track how effective your advert campaigns are at converting people into paying customers.
