If you use our new Detailing page, you will now be able to use a lot based system to help organise orders. To create a lot, go to Settings > Admin > Detailing Page and ensure you enable the 'Use Lots Based System' option. Once enabled, go to the lots section and select the 'add lot' button to then state the name of the lot as well as the Maximum Pieces/Tags for it. Then the colour of the tags and the section(s) to assign it to.

If you offer Subscriptions to your customers in your CleanCloud account, then you will now be able to see a Subscriptions tab when you go to Settings > Metrics > Subscriptions. You will be able to see the following: a summary of all the Subscriptions you offer, payments, unpaid Subscriptions and Subscription cancellations. Just go to Settings > Metrics > Subscriptions. You will now have the ability to have an additional page between the 'New Order' and the 'Cleaning' tab where you can detail orders. To get this setup, just go to Settings > Admin > Detailing Page and enable the 'active' toggle. You can then establish if you would like all new orders appearing on this tab, or just quick drop orders. As always, once you have made the necessary changes, click on the green submit button.

From now on, once you place a retail order that is unpaid, the order will only skip the Cleaning page, and will show up on the Ready page to make sure you can collect payment from your customers for these.
If a retail order is paid, it will skip both the Cleaning and Ready pages, as it used to.

If you want to ensure that the admin to clocks in when they log in, then there is a new setting for this. Go to Settings > Admin > Store Settings, and you'll see a setting 'Force staff to clock in at beginning of shift' which you can enable. If you wish to have everyone else clock in at the beginning of their shift except from the store admin, then make sure you have the 'Force staff to clock in at beginning of shift' option set only.

If you request preferences from your customers, you will now have the ability to do the following:

When you create or edit a geofence, you will now have the ability to see the geofences of other routes. This will be helpful so you know where to avoid when drawing a new one.

You will now have the ability to view even more information about Subscriptions that your customers are tied into. You'll be able to see the following on the 'subscriptions' tab within the customer CRM:
- How much that selected customer has used of their product allowance in current billing period
- Next payment date
- Last payment date
- Total payments to the subscription
- History of payments

You can now have the ability to include a route number on the paper receipt that you give your customers who place a pickup and delivery order with you. To configure this, just go to Settings > Printers > Receipt Printer > Customer Copy.

You now have the ability to print summary receipts for each order on a specific route. To do this, go to the Pickups page, and click on the 'print receipts' button, you can then select the route you wish to print summary receipts for.

You will now have the ability to set a delivery time slot when you create or edit a repeat pickup. This can be done using the CRM tool.

You will now have the ability to see the notification history for a specific customer using the CRM tool. Simply select the customer from the New Order page > select the blue profile symbol > click on the 'messages' tab and enable the 'show notifications' toggle. This new feature is a great way for you to be able to view any communication between you and the customer.

You will now have the ability to do your Payroll reporting within CleanCloud. To configure some of the key elements needed to run your Payroll, go to Settings > Admin > Store Settings, and then scroll down the page to the 'Payroll' section. To access the Payroll records, you will see a 'Payroll' tab in Settings > Users. Please note: the Payroll section will only work if you have assigned an hourly wage to your staff user(s).

You will now have the ability to offer your customers an E-Receipt. You can have this E-Receipt accessible with a QR code on the customer paper receipt. Alternatively, you can have a link to the digital receipt sent within an email or SMS notification. To get this setup, go to Settings > Admin > Notifications.

The CleanCloud customer app version 6.10 has been released. In this new update, you and your customers will have 2 way messaging! In the below screenshot, you can see a message icon at the top right of the screen. You will also have the ability to disable the car check in popup which appears if you allow in store orders to be placed online. To disable the car check in pop up, just go to Settings > Admin > Store Settings, and then disable the 'Allow Customers To Request Bringing Their Orders To Their Car' option.

You will now have the ability to have a QR code displayed on the customer copy receipt. When this QR code is scanned, it will take the customer to the E-Receipt for their order. To have this functionality, just go to Settings > Printers > Receipt Printer, and enable the 'Print QR for E-Receipt' option.

If you try to log in to your CleanCloud account incorrectly 5 times, you will be locked out. To recover your account, you will need to reset your password. This will give you better account security.
