Exciting updates have been introduced to our Drag-and-Drop Machines Page, aimed at simplifying laundry order management through added features.


Here's a snapshot of what's fresh:

  • Improved Splitting Functionality: The Machines page now allows for splitting a single order across multiple machines and stages, enhancing workflow efficiency and order tracking. Additionally, you can opt to keep orders in the 'To-Do' list as part of it progresses to the next stage. Furthermore, multiple orders can now be assigned to a single machine simultaneously.
  • Enhanced Order View Filtering: You can now easily filter and display specific orders by clicking on the card number within the order card, providing enhanced efficiency and management.

We've enhanced the User Permissions feature to offer two distinct Cash Up permissions.


  • Cash Up: Users have full access to the cash up page and features.
  • Cash Up Confirm: Users can review and confirm completed cash up values, particularly beneficial for finance or management verification.


This is particularly beneficial when adding a new user or adjusting their current permissions.

Improved Price List Automation for POS Orders

We've enhanced price lists automation for orders created via the POS.


๐Ÿ‘‰ To ensure your POS orders reflect the correct pricing based on your pickup and delivery preferences, follow these simple steps:


1- Go to Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > General Settings.

2- Toggle on 'Allow Customers With Custom Price Lists to use them for Pickup and Delivery Orders'.


With this setting enabled, the POS will apply the correct price list to both in-store and pickup/delivery orders to your customers automatically.

Customize locker instructions! When creating or editing locker locations, add specific instructions for each locker. Customers will see this info on the app/booking tool.

New Timezone Update

We have updated how timezones work in CleanCloud. โฐ๐ŸŒ

Now you just need to set the closest timezone to your city once and you are done forever. There is no longer any need to change for daylight savings, and your historical data will be corrected.

To make sure you have the correct timezone set for your location go to Admin > Store Settings > Store Info and set your 'Timezone' in the dropdown.

It is ordered by continent so choose your city like America/New_York, Europe/London, Australia/Sydney or Asia/Dubai.

Order Payment Link in SMS

When notifying customers via SMS about their cleaned order, they can now access a payment link directly in the message to make payments online. 


Note: To use these online payment features, your account must be integrated with a payment system.
