You can now provide your customers with a QR code to download the CleanCloud app.

This can be found in Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > General Settings > Print 'Download App' QR Code

This is for the CleanCloud app only and does not support custom branded apps

Invoices Export

You can now export out invoice information in Settings > Metrics > Data Export.

This includes information such as

  • Customer Name
  • Invoice Number
  • Date of issue
  • Invoice amount with Tax
  • Amount of Tax
  • Amount excluding Tax
  • Amount paid by customer
  • Date of payment
  • Method of payment


Please note that this is only compatible with the new invoice tool.

When exporting invoices in Settings > Metrics > Data Export there is now a column with the order IDs associated with that invoice.

Invoice tool update

The following adjustments have been made to the invoicing tool l

  • Ability to Email an Invoice when it is paid
  • Auto Email customer when Invoice is marked as paid in store. This Notification can be turned on/off in Settings > Admin > Notifications
  • Paid invoices will now show invoice paid at the top, as well as payment date and payment type

Retail improvements

The following adjustments have been made to retail orders

  • If customer with name of "Retail" selected then the order is in Retail "override mode", nothing you do when you add items to an order can make it a non-retail order unless you manually turn it off being a Retail order at the Retail switch.
  • If you set a product section as a Retail section, it will now allow you to have mixed retail/non-retail items in the order, but if it detects a non-retail item in the order it will show a blue notification that it's turned off the Retail switch due to it being mixed order.
  • If its a retail order then you will not need to enter a ready by date

Weight Processed report

On the Metrics page you can now view the total amount of Lbs/Kg that have been cleaned.

This can be found in Settings > Metrics > Weight Processed

API Updates

We have added a new API 'getCustomers - search by date customer signed up'

This allows you to do things like get a list of customers that signed up in the last month.

This is particularly useful if you are creating your own marketing integrations or records. For example you might like to push customer information of recent signups to a marketing integration that is not yet integrated with CleanCloud.

Promo Carousel update

The Promo Carousel has had a new feature added whereby it can redirect customers to the Subscriptions page within the app.

To create this go to Settings > Admin > Discounts > Promo Carousel > Add Carousel > Button Action > Redirect to the subscription Page

If you are using Assisted Assembly in store, you can now automatically print the receipt if all garments are scanned.

You can now set a minimum price for a product, this is especially handy for weighted products.

Customers can now leave extra instructions for the driver when submitting their order via the Customer App.

Customer App Update

The Customer App has now been updated to allow customers to choose lockers when selecting their Pickup and Delivery order type.

This can be managed in Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > Lockers

You will be able to add your lockers and also add a delivery fee/minimum amount.
