Simplified Payments with CleanCloud Pay

It's key to have a seamless operation between your drivers, customers, and your POS system when running an on-demand laundry service. In this case study, Eric from Wash Wagon shares how CleanCloud and CleanCloud Pay have become an essential part of his operations, improving employee experience, streamlining order processes, and delivering accurate and secure payments.

Tell us a bit about your business.

I’m Eric, the owner of Wash Wagon in Canada. We’re a modern, on-demand laundry service, offering quick and convenient door-to-door solutions for our regular customers and commercial clients. Customers can easily schedule a pickup online, track their order, and have their laundry professionally cleaned and delivered back to their doorstep—simple and hassle-free.

We’re aiming to be the ‘Uber’ of laundry, working with a network of local laundromats and drivers to bring a fast, reliable service that’s easy on the wallet. By supporting small businesses and using smart tech, we’re able to deliver the best service while keeping things efficient and eco-friendly.

How has CleanCloud helped deliver a better employee experience?

CleanCloud has played a big role in improving the way we run and manage Wash Wagon, making it so much easier for our team to deliver great customer service. The platform is super easy to use, which helps our staff keep track of and process orders without any hassle. It's reduced stress and helped us run things more smoothly day-to-day. For our drivers and laundromat partners, CleanCloud keeps everything clear and organized with real-time updates, so they can stay on top of customer requests without missing anything. The help of automation has made a big difference, cutting down on mistakes making everyone’s job more enjoyable.

Why did you switch to CleanCloud Pay?

We decided to use CleanCloud Pay from day one at Wash Wagon, and one of the main reasons was because of its competitive rates. It helped us keep costs low which was incredibly helpful as we were still building and growing the business.

Besides just saving money, we also saw how much CleanCloud Pay simplified the whole payment process. It’s integrated with the CleanCloud system, making it easy to ensure our drivers and laundromat partners are paid accurately and on time. This combination of being affordable and efficient has made CleanCloud Pay an essential part of how we manage payments right from the start.

Plus, because the payment process is now automated and simplified, it’s removed a lot of the admin work off of our team so they can focus on other core tasks. The time we save by not handling payments manually lets us spend more time optimizing routes, helping customers, processing orders and ultimately growing the business.

How has CleanCloud Pay impacted your employees' experience?

CleanCloud Pay has been a game-changer for our team as it’s taken the manual tasks out of payments by automating everything. Our drivers and laundromat partners get paid accurately and on time, every time. Having such a reliable process means there’s no more guessing about when or how payments will be made, which helps build trust and confidence in the system. One other feature to note is how the payment system is really easy to use. It saves us more time that we can spend focusing on delivering great service to our customers.
